The City Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the city, maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will include identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and working closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. This individual will also provide regular reports on account progress and market trends. Qualifications Sales and Business Development experience, including managing and developing key accountsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of the e-commerce and grocery/food delivery marketStrong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunitiesProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role within the e-commerce sector is a Plus. Analyze data Use data to create reports that communicate value to partners.6. Manage sales Manage the sales process from pitching to payment collection.7. Onboard new merchants Onboard new merchants to Freshozapcart's advertising platform.8. Develop campaigns Develop targeted campaigns for merchants to help them derive maximum value from Freshozapcart's advertising platform .
