Role & responsibilities Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, follow-ups, and timely customer support Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports Prepare sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders Maintain accurate records of customer orders and dispatch status Work with logistics teams for on-time deliveries Assist in scheduling meetings and managing sales databases and reports HR Management: Manage the entire HR life cycle-recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Conduct telephonic/video interviews and onboard suitable candidates Build and maintain a recruitment pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience with consistent communication Handle compensation tracking and attendance of sales staff Organize all daily reports and HR files on Google Sheets/Drive Quick Commerce Account Handling (Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.): Process purchase orders (POs) end-to-end: confirmation, ASN Generation, invoicing Coordinate daily with platform category managers to resolve PO issues, stock discrepancies, and cancellations Ensure timely slot booking, delivery scheduling, and SLA compliance Coordinate with logistics partners for pickup, transit, and delivery tracking Preferred candidate profile
