Job Summary:

Kevells is hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of Telesales Executive. This is a full-time opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, communication, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound telesales calls for up to 120 minutes per day
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or services
• Generate and convert leads into confirmed monthly sales
• Meet a minimum of 4 confirmed sales per month
• Maintain detailed call logs and customer interaction records
• Deliver excellent service during and post-sales interactions

Requirements:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply; telesales or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle rejection and stay focused
• Basic computer literacy
