Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy fresh graduates who are passionate about software development and eager to build a strong career in the IT domain. The candidate will work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications while learning best practices in coding and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Support integration of front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Contribute ideas to improve code quality, performance, and user experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of programming languages such as
Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++
.
Basic knowledge of
web technologies
(HTML, CSS, React, Angular, etc.) or
back-end frameworks
(.NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.).
Understanding of
databases
(MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with
SDLC
,
Agile methodologies
, and
version control tools
(Git).
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
