Job Summary

Kevells is hiring energetic and motivated Fresher – Tele Sales Executives to join our Client Acquisition team. This is a voice-based, office-only sales role with no fieldwork involved. You’ll speak with business clients over the phone, explain our services, and onboard them. All leads are provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to potential business clients using company-provided leads
• Clearly explain and promote Kevells' services
• Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive talk time daily
• Achieve at least 4 successful client acquisitions per month
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM tools
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and client onboarding

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0–5 years (Telecalling / Sales / Client Acquisition preferred)
• Education: Open to all educational backgrounds
• Communication: Strong verbal skills in Tamil or other regional languages

Age Limit

• Junior Executive: Up to 30 years
• Team Lead (TL): Up to 32 years

Required Skills

• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

Work Details

• Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher-friendly
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
