Fresher (BA)

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

• Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through telesales calls, email campaigns, and database research.

2. Sales Call Support & Analysis

• Monitor and analyze telesales performance (conversion rates, call durations, follow-ups).
• Share insights with the sales team to improve scripts and pitches.

3. Customer Requirement Gathering

• Document customer needs, preferences, and pain points from sales calls and meetings.
• Prepare requirement summaries for the marketing and sales teams.

4. CRM Data Management

• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
• Track the status of leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions.

5. Marketing Campaign Analysis

• Assist in monitoring digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Analyze results (reach, engagement, lead conversion) and share reports.

6. Sales Funnel Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead stages, conversion ratios, and revenue projections.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process.

7. Competitor & Market Research

• Track competitor products, pricing, promotions, and strategies.
• Share actionable insights with sales and marketing teams.

8. Cross-Team Coordination

• Liaise between telesales, field sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events.

9. Process Improvement Suggestions

• Observe sales and marketing workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Recommend changes to telesales scripts and marketing collateral based on customer feedback.

10. Learning & Skill Development

• Continuously improve knowledge of sales techniques, marketing tools, and customer engagement strategies.
• Attend training sessions on CRM, analytics, and product knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
