Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator with ITI qualifications to operate and maintain manufacturing machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Machine Operation Set up machines for production runs, including calibrations and adjustments. Monitor machine operations to detect and resolve any issues promptly. Ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets. Quality Control Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in the production process. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments. Troubleshooting minor issues. Notify maintenance teams of any major repairs or servicing needs. Safety Compliance Follow all safety guidelines and ensure machines are operated in a safe manner. Record-Keeping & Reporting Maintain accurate logs of production activities, machine settings, and outputs. Report production data and machine performance to the supervisor.
