Fresh ITI ,Diploma / BE

To support production, quality, maintenance, and design engineering activities while gaining hands-on industry experience and developing technical and managerial skills as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the assigned department (Production/Quality/Maintenance/Design).
• Learn and apply engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting, process improvements, and machine operation.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
• Adhere to company safety, quality, and operational policies.
• Participate in training sessions, on-the-job learning, and skill development programs.
• Work on assigned projects and contribute to productivity improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE – Mechanical/Production/Industrial).
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals (Mechanical/Production/Industrial).
• Familiarity with machine tools, manufacturing processes, or CAD software (added advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shop floor/production environment.
• Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
