However the taste is excellent, their service has gone to rock bottom. Their customer service team is very rude and impolite. They made spelling mistake on the cake twice. I’m really disappointed with their service lately. Once ‘birthday’ spelling was wrong and the other time name of the person was wrong. Very disappointing

Loved the theobrama.(not sure if the spelling Is correct) yummy...rich, perfect texture n sweetness.....no dine in only take away for the time being....the eleneer pudding n tiramisu looks promising will try next week n update...the Hyatt tiramisu was good hav to try it here .
