Role Overview: At Quark Software, we are looking for a French Support Executive to join our team in Mohali, India. As a member of our Global team, you will play a crucial role in providing QuarkXPress product support to our customers in the French market. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, demonstrating excellent French language skills and problem-solving abilities. Your proactive approach, customer-oriented mindset, and technical expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service and shaping the future of content management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide QuarkXPress product support (SAAS) to Quark customers worldwide through phone, chat, and emails. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills in French language, both orally and verbally, while showcasing a strong aptitude for problem-solving. - Manage customer expectations by communicating all issues internally and externally and ensuring timely follow-up within a 24-hour period through email and calls. - Stay updated on QuarkXPress and related software updates, recognizing trends in problem occurrence or workflow. - Utilize your experience in working with European customers (French) via call, email, and chat to deliver exceptional service. - Display a proactive attitude towards skill development and growth, taking responsibility for business-related requirements. - Be comfortable working in regional shift timings to cater to customer needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of a Graduate degree. - Proficiency in written and verbal communication in the French language, along with flexibility, patience, and problem-solving skills. - At least 3+ years of experience in supporting French customers on phone, email, and chat. - Hands-on experience in QuarkXPress (Desktop publishing) would be an added advantage. - Technical troubleshooting skills on MAC and Windows operating systems. - Exposure to the Macintosh environment and/or Publishing Domain would be beneficial. - Outstanding customer service skills with a dedication to enhancing the customer service experience.
