French Language Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and experienced French Teacher to join our team and help students fall in love with the French language and culture!

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach French to students of all ages and backgrounds, from complete beginners (A1) to intermediate learners (B2) according to the CEFR
• Design engaging and interactive lessons (speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and French/Fancophone culture)
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, homework, and tests
• Provide clear, constructive, and encouraging feedback to help students improve rapidly
• Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and proficiency levels
• Prepare students for official exams (DELF/DALF, TEF, TCF, school exams, etc.) if required
• Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive classroom atmosphere (online or offline)

Requirements:

• Native or near-native (C1/C2) fluency in French
• Proven experience teaching French as a foreign language (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of CEFR levels A1 to B2 and modern teaching methodologies (communicative approach, task-based learning, etc.)
• Relevant teaching certification strongly preferred (DAEFLE, FLE diploma, CELTA/TEFL with French specialization, university degree in French/FLE, etc.)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, patient, and enthusiastic about teaching
• Comfortable teaching both online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and/or in-person
• Good command of English (or the local language) to communicate with students and parents
