We are seeking a skilled and proactive Odoo Team Manager to lead and manage our Odoo development team consisting developers. This position will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring code quality, facilitating team collaboration, and driving the continuous improvement of our Odoo system. If you have a strong technical background in Odoo development combined with leadership experience, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of backend and frontend developers working on Odoo projects.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Conduct regular team meetings, code reviews, and performance evaluations.Identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.Project Delivery & Coordination:Plan, prioritize, and manage the execution of Odoo development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Allocate tasks, track progress, and manage resources effectively across multiple projects.Ensure alignment between development efforts and business objectives.Technical Oversight:Provide technical guidance and review code to maintain best practices, performance, and security standards in Odoo development.Oversee the customization and implementation of Odoo modules (backend and frontend).Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as needed.Keep abreast of Odoo updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.Communication & Reporting:Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and other departments or external partners.Report on project status, team performance, and key milestones to senior management.Ensure clear and timely communication of project goals, deliverables, and deadlines.Qualifications:Technical Skills:Proven experience with Odoo development (backend and frontend) in a managerial or senior role.Strong understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, and module customization.Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.Experience in API integration and third-party module customization.Familiarity with Odoo version control, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.Leadership Skills:Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a technical team.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive team performance.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.Other Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.Odoo certification is preferred but not mandatory.
