Role & responsibilities Promote Mobikwik Wallet / Payment Solutions to new users and merchants. Assist in customer acquisition through calls, visits, and online campaigns. Support the sales team in onboarding merchants (retail shops, small businesses, etc.). Explain features & benefits of Mobikwik products to customers. Work on digital marketing promotions (social media, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.). Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team. Maintain proper records of daily activities in MS Excel / CRM. Participate in weekly reviews, training, and brainstorming sessions. Preferred candidate profile Education: Any graduate / pursuing graduation (BBA, B.Com, MBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.) Experience: Fresher / 01 year (Internshipexperience in sales/marketing preferred) Skills Required: Good communication skills (English, Hindi, or local language) Basic knowledge of mobile apps, UPI, and digital payments Customer handling & persuasion skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Location Preference: Open to Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (Bangalore/Delhi/etc.) Other Requirements: Own smartphone & internet connection (mandatory for remote work) Passion for Fintech, Startups, and Digital Wallets
