About the Role

We’re looking for a visual storyteller, someone who can translate our brand’s aesthetic, tone, and emotion into compelling visual narratives across all touchpoints. You’ll be the mind and eye behind everything visible, from digital campaigns to packaging, from typography to tonality.

This is not just about making things look good, it’s about giving meaning, emotion, and aspiration to what people see.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the brand’s visual language — ensuring design consistency and innovation across all media.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas into strong visual expressions.
• Create engaging visuals for digital, print, packaging, and on-ground communication.
• Benchmark global and Indian competitors to craft futuristic, trend-aware design stories.
• Bring strong storytelling instincts, every design should express a mood, message, or movement.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs with speed and detail orientation.

Ideal Candidate

• 4–5 years of experience with a well-known Indian brand, creative agency, or D2C startup.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or Figma.
• A deep design thinker — capable of merging aesthetics with strategy.
• Up to date with visual trends, social media dynamics, and consumer sensibilities.
• Strong sense of color, typography, motion, and storytelling.
• Passionate about creating designs that are visually magnetic and brand-authentic.
