As a freelance videographer for Mizizi The Roots, you will play a crucial role in bringing the unique stories of our handcrafted products to life through engaging videos. Using your creative skills and proficiency in shooting and editing videos on an iPhone, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality product videos and reels that resonate with our audience. Your responsibilities will include shooting aesthetic and detailed product videos that showcase the intricate designs of Mizizi The Roots, as well as conceptualizing and creating product-based reels for Instagram. You will need to capture close-ups, lifestyle shots, and creative angles that highlight the product details, while also ensuring that the videos are edited with clean transitions, trending audio, and platform-friendly formats. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to align the videos with brand aesthetics and campaign goals, ensuring that the content meets the desired objectives. Therefore, a strong understanding of Instagram trends and reel formats, as well as a creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling, will be necessary for success in this role. In addition, you should have basic editing skills using mobile editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, VN, etc., and be able to provide a portfolio or sample work showcasing your expertise in product videography.
