Freelance Role – Staff Clocking In/Out Monitoring

We are looking for a reliable freelance worker to help us monitor our company’s staff clocking system.

Role Details:

• Every day at 10:00am, log into the clocking in system.
• Check that all staff scheduled to work have clocked in.
• If someone hasn’t clocked in, call them to:
• Remind them to clock in.
• Ask the reason why they haven’t done so.
• Record the details clearly in the notes section on the system.
• Check the previous day to confirm that all staff have clocked out properly.
• Update the notes section with all actions taken.
• Full training will be provided.
• This role is required 7 days a week.

• Able to work independently and follow procedures.

This is a straightforward but vital role to help ensure smooth daily operations.
