Cybersecurity / Ethical Hacking Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured online training for:

• PNPT (Practical Network Penetration Testing)

• APT (Advanced Penetration Testing)

• CRTO (Certified Red Team Operator)

• Create practical labs, challenges, and real-world scenarios.
• Provide mentorship, doubt-clearing, and guidance to students.
• Prepare students for certification exams and hands-on assessments.
• Share updated industry practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Track student progress and prepare weekly reports.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience in

  penetration testing

  ,

  red teaming

  , or

  offensive security

  .
• Strong understanding of:
• Active Directory exploitation
• Network & web application attacks
• Lateral movement, privilege escalation
• C2 frameworks (Cobalt Strike, Brute Ratel, Covenant, etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Windows & Linux internals
• MITRE ATT&CK
• OPSEC considerations
• Experience teaching or mentoring (bonus).

Qualifications

• Any of the following certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
• PNPT, CRTP, CRTO, OSCP, OSEP, CEH, eCPPT, eJPT, etc.
• Minimum

  2+ years

  practical cybersecurity experience.
