As a freelance Python developer for an exciting new Agentic AI-powered HRMS platform, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI-driven modules to automate HR processes and decision workflows. Your key responsibilities will include integrating Agentic AI capabilities into a modern HRMS architecture, building APIs, data pipelines, and backend logic using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), and collaborating with AI and product teams to iterate rapidly and deliver impactful features. Your ideal skill set should include strong coding expertise in Python, experience with Agentic AI, LangChain, or similar frameworks, familiarity with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and exposure to HRMS tools, automation workflows, or SaaS development as a plus. If you join this project, you can expect to work freelance and remotely for 20-25 hours per week.
