As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading new business development and sales activities with the public sector in Africa. You will also play a key role in managing and growing existing accounts through customer engagement and opportunity identification. You will be expected to design, implement and manage a strategic sales plan that expands the FreeBalance footprint in the Government Resource Planning (GRP) market. As a BIRT Report Writer Specialist at FreeBalance, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex reports and data visualizations using the Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) framework. This role requires a strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and effective report design principles to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Main Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and accurate reports and dashboards using BIRT (Eclipse-based). Translate complex business requirements and specifications into technical report designs and data models. Develop parameterized, drill-down, and interactive reports for various business units. Write and optimize complex SQL queries (joins, stored procedures, functions) across multiple data sources such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Collaborate with database administrators and developers to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
