Frappe Developer - Python Expert

About the Role: We are hiring a skilled Frappe Developer to develop of a secure, enterprise-class application targeting the German market , built entirely on the Frappe Framework . The solution will adhere to international standards for data security, compliance, and modular system design. This is a high-impact role with long-term growth and leadership potential. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop a custom Frappe application focused on secure data and process management. Create and manage DocTypes , Workflows , Role-based Permissions , and Custom Scripts . Implement features like data access control , logging , audit trails , and data retention policies . Build robust APIs and integration points with secure authentication and encryption standards. Collaborate with product managers and security consultants to ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations . Write clean, testable code and manage development pipelines using Git . Required Skills & Experience: One or more years of proven development experience in Frappe Framework . Very strong proficiency in Python (backend) and JavaScript (frontend scripting). Solid understanding of data access control , authentication , and information security principles . Experience designing modular, permission-driven systems using Frappes architecture. Working knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL , relational schema design, and performance optimization. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for frontend customization within Frappe. Comfortable with Git , code reviews, and agile collaboration. Preferred Knowledge Areas: Understanding of data privacy standards such as GDPR , ISO/IEC 27001 , or similar. Experience implementing secure login/authentication systems (OAuth2, 2FA, session hardening). Familiarity with audit logging , data classification , and access transparency mechanisms . Exposure to international compliance practices or privacy-by-design principles . Knowledge of data encryption, anonymization , and secure backup/restore workflows . Why Join Us?
