Rudra Shares & Stock Brokers Limited is looking for Franchisee Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Franchisee Support: Provide support and guidance to franchisees in various aspects of their business, including operations, marketing, and financial management Compliance: Ensure that franchisees adhere to the established brand standards, quality control, and operational procedures Training: Coordinate and deliver training programs to onboard new franchisees and keep existing ones up to date with the latest practices and standards Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with franchisees by maintaining open lines of communication, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess the performance of franchisees, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with brand standards Business Development: Collaborate with franchisees to help them grow their businesses by identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement Market Analysis: Analyze market conditions and provide insights to franchisees regarding market trends and opportunities Marketing Support: Assist franchisees in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote their businesses Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with the franchisor's supply chain to ensure that franchisees receive necessary products and materials Financial Oversight: Review financial reports and budgets of franchisees to ensure financial stability and profitability
