Job Title: Franchise Manager – IT & Digital Marketing Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Services / Digital Marketing / Technology Solutions Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Franchise Manager to oversee and expand our franchise network in the Meerut region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services and digital marketing trends, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for growing business partnerships. You will ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, and revenue growth across franchise outlets. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Operations: Oversee daily operations of franchise units in the Meerut region. Ensure all franchisees adhere to company SOPs, brand guidelines, and service quality benchmarks. Support franchises in delivering IT and digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, website development, PPC, etc Franchise Development & Expansion: Identify and onboard new franchise partners in Meerut and surrounding areas. Conduct market research and feasibility assessments for new locations. Assist in legal, documentation, and commercial setup processes for new franchises. Training & Support: Train franchise teams on service offerings, digital tools, sales techniques, and client management. Provide ongoing support through regular meetings, workshops, and technical guidance. Business Performance & Strategy: Monitor franchise sales targets, campaign effectiveness, and client satisfaction. Analyze reports and KPIs to optimize performance and drive profitability. Develop and execute local business strategies in coordination with the head office. Client and Partner Relations: Act as the point of contact for all franchise-related issues in the region. Help resolve operational challenges, customer escalations, or partner concerns. Ensure franchises maintain a high standard of client communication and service delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in IT/digital services. Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, web dev, etc.). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple franchises. Local market knowledge of Meerut and nearby areas is an added advantage. Salary: Competitive + Incentives + Travel Allowance (As per industry standards) Travel: Frequent local travel within Meerut and occasional visits to the corporate HQ. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
