This is a dynamic multi-role position combining telecalling, relationship management, and customer success. You will be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers and play a key role in nurturing leads through the entire property buying journey — from inquiry to site visit to deal closure. Requirements Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi preferred) Real estate inside sales experience is a major advantage Strong persuasion, negotiation & active listening abilities Good understanding of Hyderabad real estate markets (or ability to learn fast) Tech-savvy — experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp automation, and data entry Positive energy, accountability, and a customer-first mindset
