Role & responsibilities • Handle customer enquiries via Email, WhatsApp, Social Media, and Phone Calls • Respond to queries professionally with a strong focus on customer satisfaction • Upload and update product listings on our website and e-commerce portals • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and updates • Assist with basic content creation (product descriptions, customer replies, etc.) Preferred candidate profile • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and workflows • Familiar with CRM tools, Excel, WordPress, and basic website/e-commerce dashboards • Basic computer and internet knowledge is a must
