As a Demand Planner at Ashapura (now part of Azelis), you will be responsible for organizing demand planning and proposing stock replenishment to management. Your mission will be to develop, define, and implement tools and benchmarks to ensure a performance-driven supply chain culture within the organization. You will optimize supply chain activities through the implementation of relevant policies, processes, projects, and action plans. You will act as the central liaison between the business, management, and other staff functions, assisting and supporting the overall Integration project into the Azelis D365 Digital/IT environment, including ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and more. Reporting hierarchically to the Business Director, F&F, and functionally to the APAC Senior IT Manager, you will eventually report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain. Your strategic accountabilities will include establishing an overview of potential risk areas, defining cost-saving plans, optimizing warehousing and transport, evaluating performance metrics, and enhancing vendor/customer experience. Operationally, you will utilize historical data and statistical models to develop accurate demand forecasts, manage end-to-end demand planning processes, optimize inventory levels, and communicate demand forecasts to principals. You will also be responsible for monitoring day-to-day transactions, minimizing DSO and DIV, and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives. With a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in market research or analysis, you should possess strong analytical skills, familiarity with demand planning software, and proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Excel. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing environments and responsibilities. Post Merger Integration & Go-live processes will involve reviewing and aligning all main accountabilities and responsibilities after the closure of the Integration Project in collaboration with relevant regional and local teams. As a Procurement Planning Analyst at Ashapura (now part of Azelis), you will play a crucial role in organizing demand planning and proposing stock replenishment strategies to the management. Your primary mission will be to develop, define, and implement tools and benchmarks that foster a performance-driven supply chain culture within the organization. By optimizing supply chain activities through the implementation of relevant policies, processes, projects, and action plans, you will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and cost savings. Reporting hierarchically to the Business Director, F&F, and functionally to the APAC Senior IT Manager, you will serve as the central liaison between the business, management, and other staff functions. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the integration project into the Azelis D365 Digital/IT environment, such as ERP, CRM, and SharePoint. Based out of Mumbai, India, you will be required to work two Saturdays a month. Your main accountabilities will be divided into strategic and operational categories. Strategically, you will establish risk areas, define cost-saving plans, optimize warehousing and transport, measure cost savings, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Operationally, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end demand planning process, optimizing inventory levels, ensuring stock replenishment, communicating with principals and customers, and monitoring day-to-day transactions to minimize DSO and DIV. Additionally, you will actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the integration project by documenting processes, executing system testing, and identifying process improvement areas. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in market research or analysis. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in demand forecasting techniques, familiarity with demand planning software, and solid understanding of supply chain principles are essential. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills are also required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing responsibilities. Your role will evolve post-merger integration and go-live, with all main accountabilities and responsibilities being reviewed and aligned in collaboration with relevant regional and local teams.
