FP&A - Stress Testing - Python - 4+ Years
We are hiring a Senior / Lead Analyst - FP&A & Python with 4 to 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial modelling and Python-based automation. The role offers an opportunity to partner with business leadership, drive financial decision-making and strengthen financial planning, reporting and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range financial planning and rolling forecast cycles, developing financial models, scenario analysis and stress-testing frameworks.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and notebooks to automate data extraction, transformation and reconciliation across large financial datasets.
- Prepare monthly management reports, conduct variance analysis and provide insights into revenue, costs, margins and cash flows.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense reporting, commission accruals and performance tracking.
- Strengthen financial controls, SOX/ICFR compliance and governance processes to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and translate complex financial analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- Drive process improvements through automation, system enhancements and advanced analytics.
- Mentor junior analysts and support strategic initiatives involving product pricing, M&A due diligence and capital allocation.
Requirements
- 4 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning or Business Analytics within mid-to-large organisations.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation, particularly Pandas, NumPy and Jupyter.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and Dynamic Arrays.
- Exposure to Sales Compensation, commission accruals, incentive structures and financial governance will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Anaplan, Xactly, SAP Commissions, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, SQL, VBA or Alteryx would be beneficial.
- Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days would be preferred.
