The Senior Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting quality control, utilizing analytical skills, operating laboratory equipment, and applying various laboratory skills. Qualifications Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills Quality Control and Analytical Skills Experience as a Laboratory Technician Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or related field) Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory setting
*Performing preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, factory power plant and housing air cooled chiller window unit, split unit, package unit & centralized unit. *Checking and monitoring the status of all equipments on-site such as HVAC mechanical and electrical system. *Troubleshooting and calibrating problems related to HVAC controls but not limited to pneumatic or direct digital controls. *Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on pumps, boilers, chillers, and air handlers. *Installed HVAC systems in residential and commercial sites including new construction as well as older buildings
The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.
