Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Technician, located in Bengaluru. The Shift Technician will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities and equipment, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The position requires a commitment to quality service and a proactive approach to addressing maintenance needs and issues. Qualifications Electrical Maintenance skills Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety compliance Ability to conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred
