Job Opening: Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js) Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office Only) Work Days/Time: Monday Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM Experience Needed: Freshers to 2 Years Job Type: Full-time (On-site Only) Job Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in React.js and Node.js. You will build web applications, create APIs, work with databases (MySQL & MongoDB), and occasionally contribute to mobile app development using React Native. Note: You don’t need to memorize every syntax — but you must understand what you’re building and why. You should know how to use Generative & Agentic AI tools effectively to complete tasks. What You Will Do Build user-friendly web apps using React.js Develop backends and APIs with Node.js + Express.js Work with MySQL & MongoDB Test, debug, and fix issues Collaborate with designers and developers Use AI tools smartly to boost productivity Continuously learn and improve your skills Skills Needed Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply Only pass-out candidates (no current students) Proficient in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL Basic knowledge of MongoDB Knowledge of React Native (good to have) Ability to use AI tools effectively Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills Strict Rejection Criteria If you are still a student — please do not apply If you are a Java or PHP developer without working knowledge in React, Node, or MySQL, your application will be automatically rejected We are hiring only those with practical, real-world experience in the React + Node + MySQL stack. Professional Terms of Employment Location: Navi Mumbai (Seawoods) Initial Term: Three-month Probationary Period Compensation during Probation: 15,000 per month (stipend) Performance Review & Conversion: Successful Conversion: High-performing candidates will be offered a Full-Time role with a maximum CTC of 3.5 LPA, based on review outcome. Termination: If performance standards are not met during the probationary period, the employment will be terminated after 3 months. Salary & Growth (Post-Probation) First 12 months (after conversion): Up to 3.5 LPA First increment: After 12 months Second increment: After 18 months Important This role is Work from Office only — no remote option. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.
