About the Role We’re looking for a Founding Engineer (Fullstack) who’s ready to take ownership and help us build something exceptional from the ground up. As one of our first engineering hires, you'll play a critical role in shaping both our technology stack and product architecture. You’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining our core systems — from backend APIs to frontend experiences. We want someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments and is excited about solving meaningful technical challenges at scale. What You'll Do Architect and develop scalable, performant web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB . Own projects end-to-end: from planning and development to deployment and monitoring. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. Establish coding standards, set up development workflows, and help build a strong engineering culture. Make key technical decisions and contribute to product direction. What We're Looking For Strong foundation in computer science and fullstack development; comfortable with both frontend and backend technologies. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building real-world web applications. Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB (bonus if you’ve worked with Docker, AWS, or GraphQL). You’ve driven projects from zero to production and thrive when given autonomy. Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment and collaborating across functions.
