As a founding member of our company, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation of our startup from the very beginning. In our previous startup experience, we have witnessed the remarkable contributions of engineers with less than two years of experience. They were instrumental in constructing our entire product stack from scratch, taking ownership of critical systems from infrastructure to user interface, making key technological decisions, imparting new knowledge to the team, and achieving rapid growth through agile learning and quick deployment of solutions. We are now seeking to recreate that dynamic and innovative team environment once again. The ideal candidate we are looking for is likely a prospective startup founder themselves, with bonus points for previous internships or work experience with startups. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to design systems at a low level even with ambiguous requirements, proficiency in working with Python or Java, a passion for continuous learning of new technologies, a preference for autonomy and full-stack responsibility, and a knack for making pragmatic engineering decisions that balance short-term gains with long-term benefits. In terms of technology stack, you will be working with modern frontend technologies such as Next.js/React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS, along with various tools including Cursor, v0.dev, OpenAI, and more. Testing will be done using Cypress and Jest, while cloud services from Azure, AWS, and Vercel will be utilized. Automation tools like Playwright and AI browser agents will also be part of your toolkit. Our company operates in stealth mode and is founded by former founders of Crio.Do, which was acquired in November 2022. With a cumulative experience of over 10 years from tech giants like Google, Flipkart, Cisco, Nest, and NetApp, our founding team is now venturing into developing AI agents for the US Healthcare industry, a multi-billion dollar opportunity. As part of our team located in Bangalore, you can expect a competitive compensation ranging from 15-30L depending on your experience level.
