Founding Designer (UI/UX & Product Design, Full-Time, Equity-Only)

Role Overview: You will be the Founding Designer responsible for leading the full product design process, collaborating with founders and engineers to create intuitive web and mobile experiences. This role is equity-based and requires you to work full-time at the Gurugram office. Key Responsibilities: - Own the entire product design process including research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. - Lead UX and UI design for both web and mobile applications. - Establish and manage design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines. - Work closely with engineers, product owners, and founders to shape product vision and execution. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback. - Transform complex product ideas into clean, scalable, and user-friendly designs. - Stay updated on the latest design and UI/UX trends to bring best practices to the team. - Foster a design-first culture and mentor future design hires as the startup expands. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in UI/UX and product design, with a preference for SaaS, web, or mobile environments. - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects. - Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent. - Solid grasp of user-centered design, interaction design, and prototyping principles. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment. - Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate ideas clearly. - Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to take ownership of the design process. - Ready to work full-time at the Gurugram office.,
