As a Generalist Intern in the founder&aposs office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the founders and ensuring the smooth operation of the Founder&aposs Office.This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism.

Overall, the founder&aposs office is responsible for setting the direction of the company and ensuring that it&aposs on track to achieve its goals. The daily life of the founder&aposs office is focused on managing resources, developing and refining the company&aposs strategy, and making key decisions that impact the company&aposs success.

What We&aposre Looking For:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
• Previous experience in Business analytics or consulting or product roles of 0-1 year of experience.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project related software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• This starts as a paid 3 months internship and then converts into a full time role.

• It is best suited for fresh graduates.
