Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as an intern in establishing the comprehensive digital and operational presence of our company. This internship offers a unique opportunity where you will be expected to work independently, take on diverse responsibilities, and deliver tangible results to bring our vision to fruition. Key Responsibilities: - **Complete Digital Infrastructure**: - Develop websites with a focus on conversion optimization, including contact forms, analytics integration, SEO structure, and mobile responsiveness. - Create marketing ecosystems such as email automation sequences, social media content calendars (online and offline), ad and promotions campaign structures, and lead generation funnels. - Establish a brand system by developing comprehensive brand guidelines encompassing logo variations, typography rules, color codes, voice guidelines, and usage examples. - **Standardized Documentation & Implementation**: - Generate all necessary documents for business execution, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for website maintenance, content posting, and customer onboarding. - Prepare a Brand Guidelines Document covering logo usage, color specifications, typography rules, and do's and don'ts, spanning 15-20 pages. - Develop various content templates such as email templates, social media post templates, proposal templates, and invoice templates. - Create Marketing Playbooks consisting of campaign setup guides, analytics tracking sheets, and conversion optimization checklists. - Implement Project Management Systems, including task templates, workflow automation, and progress tracking dashboards. Qualifications Required: - **Skills You Must Know Inside & Out** (Before Final Round): - Proficiency in Web Development using WordPress/Webflow to build a 5-page website in 4 hours, install plugins, customize themes, and set up forms. - Expertise in Design Tools like Canva Pro/Adobe Creative to create professional marketing materials in 30 minutes, with knowledge of keyboard shortcuts and design principles. - Experience in Marketing Automation using Mailchimp/ConvertKit to set up email sequences, segment lists, create signup forms, and track metrics. - Familiarity with Analytics & Tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to install tracking codes, set up conversion goals, and interpret basic reports. - Proficient in Project Management using Asana to utilize project templates, set up automation, manage timelines, and track deliverables. - Strong Copywriting skills for conversion-focused writing, including crafting sales pages, email subject lines, and social media captions that drive action.
