You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong pipelines, and supporting the sales team with high-quality prospects. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients in the US region . Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and prospecting tools . Maintain and manage CRM with accurate and updated lead data. Schedule calls, demos, and appointments for the sales team. Understand client needs and communicate company services clearly. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for effective campaigns. Work during US calling hours (if required). Required Skills & Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation , especially for the US market. Strong English communication skills (spoken & written). Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot , etc. Excellent research and data-mining ability. Target-oriented and proactive mindset.
