Kindergarten Coordinator

We are seeking for a talented and enthusiastic Kindergarten Coordinator to lead our early years program and make a positive impact on our youngest learners.

Position: Kindergarten Coordinator
Location: Mysuru, Karnataka

Qualification:

• Master’s degree or any degree specialized with B.Ed. or M.Ed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Nursery Teacher Training
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a kindergarten or early years setting
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and support a team of educators

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the development and implementation of the kindergarten curriculum
• Supporting and mentoring a team of early childhood educators
• Ensuring a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Engaging with parents and the community to support student development
• Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with educational standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,546.72 - ₹76,868.29 per month
