Location : Pan India Experience : 2- 4 years Salary : As per Industry standards Job Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Execution Assist in civil construction activities for solar power plants, including foundation works, roads, drainage, and fencing. Support land grading, excavation, and site leveling based on project requirements. Supervise pile foundations, RCC structures, and mounting system installations. Ensure adherence to construction schedules and quality standards. Coordination & Quality Control Work closely with senior engineers, site managers, and contractors for smooth execution. Verify material quality, construction techniques, and compliance with designs. Conduct basic site inspections and documentation for quality assurance. Safety & Reporting Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site regulations. Maintain daily work logs, progress reports, and material consumption records. Key Skills & Competencies: Basic knowledge of civil construction, foundations, and structural work. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings.
