About the job: The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the success of the vision of FWCA Wealth Management. This role provides sales support to the assigned Investment Advisors in managing their client's portfolios and maximizing their productivity by providing sales support and high-quality customer service to clients/prospects. You need to schedule appointments and understand the process of Client Acquisition and Risk Profiling process. Key responsibilities: 1. New Client Acquisition: Connecting with HNIs/SHNIs, understand their financial needs, coordinate their transactional needs and help resolve their issues/concerns. Follow the process of contacting prospective clients, booking client appointments, and preparing Client investment portfolios & their Risk Profiling. 2. Portfolio Analysis: After getting the investment portfolio from the clients or prospects, preparing various kinds of risk and returns comparison of the existing portfolio and giving recommendations based on client risk appetite, suitability & time horizon etc. 3. Execution & follow-ups: Execute the Portfolio suggestions with the help of prospects/clients. 4. Servicing: Assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients. Explain new products and services and answer their general queries. Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of records.
