Your expertise will be crucial in integrating Web3 solutions into business strategies by working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) - Write and test smart contracts to ensure functionality and security - Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate blockchain solutions - Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology - Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 solutions into business strategies Qualifications: - Proficiency in writing and testing smart contracts - Experience with blockchain networks and decentralized applications (dApps) - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities - Competency in contract negotiation and management - Ability to draft, review, and manage contractual agreements - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in blockchain technology - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Experience in the Communications & Entertainment industry is a plus,
