Now, we’re looking for a Barista & Outlet Manager to lead our flagship outlet at Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. What You’ll Do As a Barista cum Outlet Manager, you’ll be the face of Breww 47, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium coffee experience while keeping operations smooth and efficient. Your responsibilities will include: Crafting consistently great coffee and beverages according to Breww 47 standards Managing day-to-day outlet operations — inventory, cash handling, opening/closing procedures Training and mentoring junior baristas to maintain quality and service standards Managing customer interactions with warmth, professionalism, and brand flair Monitoring equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the workspace Coordinating with the central team for stock replenishment, marketing campaigns, and reporting Handling basic sales tracking and ensuring outlet targets are met Representing Breww 47’s values — energy, quality, and community — every single day Who You Are 1–4 years of barista experience Deep passion for coffee — from beans to brewing Good communication and customer-handling skills Highly organized, responsible, and a self-starter Comfortable using POS systems and handling daily reporting Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment Perks & Benefits Sundays Off — yes, you read that right!
