Business Development Executive (BDE) – Credit Card Sales Role Overview The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving credit card sales by managing pharmacy-generated leads in areas without assigned Field Sales Executives (FSEs), securing permissions from residential societies (RWAs) and corporates for on-site sales camps, and facilitating appointments for the City Sales Head with corporate HRs. This role requires strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills to support Apollo’s growth in credit card acquisition. Key Responsibilities · Lead Management o Receive and promptly follow up on credit card leads generated by pharmacies in locations where FSEs are not assigned. o Qualify leads, explain credit card features and benefits, and guide customers through the application process to maximize conversion rates. · Society and Corporate Outreach o Identify and approach residential societies (RWAs) and corporate offices to seek approvals for conducting credit card sales camps and promotional events. o Build and maintain relationships with society management committees and corporate HR departments to secure event permissions and ongoing collaboration. · Event Coordination o Plan, organize, and execute on-ground sales camps at approved societies and corporate locations to generate new credit card leads. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and effective lead capture during events[3][2]. · Appointment Setting Proactively reach out to corporate HRs to schedule meetings and presentations for the City Sales Head, supporting strategic business development initiatives.
