Key Accounts management and ensuring that customer relationship is built into the business practice for create appropriate brand loyalty Financial -- To Take Timely payments from Dealers . Market intelligence -- will be required to stay connected to the market (competition inputs , market practices related to pricing , products , services, customer feedback, brand positioning & their impact into our business) and report on the same
