- Conceptualize and create visually compelling digital and print assets, including social media creatives, presentations, infographics, banners, and brand collateral. - Edit, produce, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, events, testimonials, reels, product showcases, and other multimedia initiatives. - Ensure creative consistency across all visual content while aligning with the brands design language and communication goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, content, and product to understand project goals and translate briefs into engaging visual outputs. - Optimize visual content for various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to ensure maximum audience engagement and reach. - Stay up to date with evolving design trends, visual technologies, and multimedia storytelling techniques. - Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Requirements Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Skills - 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing roles, preferably in edtech, startups, or marketing-led environments. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign); familiarity with tools like Figma, or Final Cut Pro is a plus. - Strong visual design fundamentals typography, layout, composition, and color theory. - Solid grasp of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and branding. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to take ownership of creative projects, work autonomously, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. - A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse design and video editing work is mandatory.
