Overview The Chef All Rounder is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of dishes across multiple kitchen sections. Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare and cook dishes across all sections (hot, cold, grill, fry, tandoor, bakery, or as required). Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently. Handle mise-en-place for daily operations. 2. Menu Support Assist in creating new dishes and improving existing ones. Ensure all menu items are prepared on time and with quality standards. Support special menus, events, and buffet setups. 3. Kitchen Operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas. Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients. Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory control. Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts (preferred). 2–5+ years of experience as a Cook/Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setup.
