About the Role We are seeking a motivated and proactive Land Sales Executive with strong negotiation and client-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals for land/property sales. Key Responsibilities Identify potential buyers and actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and field visits Manage the complete sales cycle – from enquiry to closing the deal Conduct property/site visits and provide complete information regarding the land Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer support Understand client needs and provide suitable property options Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth transaction process Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales data in CRM or reports Represent the company professionally during meetings and events Requirements & Skills Experience in real estate sales (land sales experience preferred) Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work on-field Good understanding of real estate market trends Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. Compensation Attractive commission-based earnings High incentives based on performance and deal closures No fixed salary.
