As a Network Engineer, you are expected to excel in addressing technical issues for existing deployments, helping them with upgrades and to ensure customer satisfaction. Expected to have a strong background in preparing POC and deployment plans, conducting POCs, and deploying security solutions while working collaboratively with customer technical teams, internal sales teams, vendor support, and presales teams to achieve successful outcomes. Profile demands continuous learning and staying updated on the latest technological advancements by pursuing relevant product certifications. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot customer issues related to proxy deployments Conduct POC for proxy, Ztna, and CASB solutions Assist in the upgradation of proxy deployments Conduct health checks to ensure system integrity and performance Support customers in deployment planning and provide technical expertise Proficient in network protocols, Firewall configuration, and VPN BE/Btech/BCA- IT/CS/ECE Courses desired and Knowledge expected CCNA/CCNP/CCNE/ CompTIA Security+/ CCNA Security Familiarity with URL filtering. Understanding of SSL. Application deployment on Windows Server and Windows Endpoints. Basics of Linux and MAC systems.
