Foreman Plumber

As a skilled Foreman and Licensed Plumber at Modern Mechanical Systems, Inc, you will be overseeing the installation of plumbing in commercial environments. Your commitment to quality work, ability to work collaboratively with different trades, and positive attitude are essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Professionally interact with customers and other trades, ensuring clear communication of work orders and statuses - Communicate daily with GC's/CM's, providing job-specific forms and safety updates to the Project Manager - Manage job site materials, orders, employee tasks, and necessary forms - Plan and execute the layout of HVAC piping based on drawings - Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using various tools and equipment - Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, or fixtures as required - Perform maintenance on water supply systems - Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems **Qualifications:** - Hold a valid CT Plumbing License P1 or P2 - Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience - Hold a valid CT Drivers License with a clean driving record - Ability to proficiently handle plumbing tools and equipment - Vast knowledge of Plumbing Codes If you join our team, you can expect a competitive starting salary based on experience, paid vacation and holidays, availability of Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401k Plans, and overtime opportunities.
