Job Description: As a skilled Plant Operator specializing in pesticide formulation, you will oversee daily plant operations related to pesticide formulation. Your key responsibilities will include operating, monitoring, and maintaining plant machinery used in liquid and powder pesticide formulation, filling, and packaging. Your hands-on experience in pesticide SC formulation and mill operations will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor daily machinery for formulation, filling, and packaging. - Handle SC and WP formulations and milling processes. - Oversee installation and commissioning of new machines. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. - Ensure smooth operation and upkeep of all plant machinery. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in agrochemical MNCs. - Knowledge and experience in pesticide formulation processes. - Skilled in operating and maintaining plant machinery. - Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring smooth plant operations.
