You are looking for a skilled Footwear Quality Assurance Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the footwear industry. Your responsibilities will include having knowledge of footwear quality standards, understanding sports shoe performance parameters, and being familiar with various materials such as synthetic, EVA, PU, rubber, mesh, and knit materials. You will conduct in-process inspection methods, first article inspection, final product audits, mechanical and functional testing, and defect analysis using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams. Additionally, you will coordinate lab activities for physical and chemical testing, as well as implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in footwear quality assurance or a related field, a strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills are also crucial for this position.
