Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct football training sessions independently for assigned age groups.
• Develop and implement age-specific lesson plans aligned with the club’s curriculum.
• Monitor and track individual and team progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to aid development.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaching staff.
• Maintain discipline, enthusiasm, and a positive environment during sessions.
• Support the physical development of players, including basic fitness and agility drills.
• Ensure player safety and adherence to club rules and protocols.
• Participate in tournaments, camps, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• AIFF D / C License or NSIS Coaching Certification (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of coaching experience post-certification.
• Strong knowledge of football techniques, drills, and youth coaching methods.
• Ability to plan and execute structured training sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young players and their parents.
• Passion for working with children and fostering holistic development.
• Experience in fitness training or conditioning will be considered an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per training schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,447.66 - ₹35,000.00 per month
